How We Work

• We make you travel stress-free. We track your flight arrival for no extra charge for waiting time, connect you and your driver via SMS and send you an email receipt.
• Our platform allows you to easily book your ride details.
• Our stylish fleet of latest models is maintained with the utmost dedication to safety and cleanliness, ready to transport you in style anywhere in Florida or to any state for that matter.
• For your convenience we offer a flexible cancellation policy of 2 hours no charge on airport transfers and 24 hours for other services, except for stretch limo services and party bus that require a 72-hour notice for cancelation and non-refundable deposit of 20% of total price of service, stretch limo and party bus have a minimum of 4-hour services. • All other categories of hourly services required a 3 hours minimum and no deposit with a 24 hours cancellation notice.
• All hourly services are calculated from arrival to the pickup location and end with the return to the same city where started if the total distance covered exceeds 20 miles.
• The final price will include 20% gratuity.
• Any toll or parking fee if any will be paid at the end.
• If you have any special request you need to call for pricing.
• We offer 30 minutes grace period for the airport, seaport, tren and bus terminals pickups. All other pickups include 10 minutes grace period. Additional, waiting time will be charged at ¢.98 per minute.
• Additional stops will be calculated at a rate of $20.00 per stop for 10 minutes. if it exceeds 10 minutes at the stop there will be an additional charge of $ 60 for each waiting hour after the initial 10 minutes.
• Flat rate trip that requests an additional stop will be charged for an extra stop and for extra miles that exceed the distance to the destination address.

• Hourly job included 20 miles for every hour of service booked. Any extra milages or time over reservation requested will be charged at the end of the service.
• Flat fees and door to door reservation don’t include extra stops, parking fees or tolls, this and other charges for any extra requests will be pay at the end of service.
